    About MEGA BLOODBATH

Region: North America Raid Schedule: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM Central Time Progression: 4–5+ Days Per Week Additional/Alt Raids: Optional Recruitment: All Classes and Roles

    About Us

MEGA BLOODBATH is a newly forming hardcore PvE and competitive PvP guild for World of Warcraft: Forever. Our objective is to compete for world-first raid kills while establishing a highly skilled, active, and competitive PvP community.

I'm Breakfasttacos, creator of MEGA BLOODBATH Debates. I previously raided with Duality under Riggins and participated in multiple world-first progression attempts as both a healer and DPS.

I've also spent years leading PUGs through the hardest raid content across multiple Retail expansions. I've successfully organized and led groups of unfamiliar players through difficult endgame content, and I'm confident in what we can accomplish with a consistent group of dedicated players.

We're starting completely from scratch and recruiting our founding roster.

Our Philosophy — High Standards, No Micromanagement

I want to build a guild of exceptional, self-sufficient players who take personal responsibility for their performance.

I have no interest in micromanaging people, and I don't want our officers doing it either.

When we enter a raid, I expect everyone to have already researched the encounters, understand their class, know their responsibilities, and be prepared to perform.

When we discuss encounters before pulling, those discussions should primarily be quick refreshers, strategy adjustments, and assignment confirmations—not lengthy explanations of mechanics everyone should already know.

Our expectation is that every player is capable of pushing their class and specialization toward its maximum potential while consistently executing mechanics and supporting the team.

That means keeping up with optimal builds, gearing, consumables, professions, encounter strategies, and performance improvements without needing constant reminders.

We will absolutely help each other improve. If someone is struggling, we'll review what went wrong, offer guidance, and work toward a solution.

However, this is a competitive progression guild. If performance or preparation consistently falls below expectations, we will make roster changes when necessary.

Those conversations will always be handled professionally and respectfully.

High expectations do not require toxicity, yelling, or treating people poorly.

I want a guild where everyone respects each other, enjoys playing together, and understands that we're all working toward the same competitive goals.

    Core Raider Requirements

We expect all progression raiders to:

Know the fights before raid: Research encounters and understand mechanics and strategies ahead of time.

Know their class: Understand optimal builds, rotations, cooldowns, stat priorities, and class utility.

Maximize performance: Be capable of delivering highly competitive damage, healing, or tanking performance while executing mechanics correctly.

Be fully geared: Actively pursue the best available equipment and upgrades appropriate for progression.

Max relevant professions: Have professions leveled and all important profession-specific items, bonuses, and crafts prepared.

Bring all necessary consumables: Arrive with appropriate enchants, potions, flasks, food, buffs, and encounter-specific equipment.

Be reliable: Attend scheduled progression raids consistently and communicate conflicts ahead of time.

Be self-motivated: Research, prepare, optimize, and improve without needing to be reminded.

Accept accountability: Be receptive to feedback and understand that progression roster positions are based on performance, preparation, reliability, and team needs.

Previous world-first experience, high-end raid achievements, and competitive PvP accomplishments are highly desirable. However, exceptional players without that history are welcome to apply.

    Raid Schedule

Our planned raid window is 12:00 PM–4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Sunday.

We intend to schedule 4–5+ core progression sessions per week, using this daily availability window.

Major content releases and world-first attempts may involve additional progression hours coordinated in advance.

Optional alt raids, organized PvP, dungeons, and other activities will take place as the guild develops.

I personally intend to play at least four hours every day and am looking for similarly dedicated players.

    PvP and Guild Development

Competitive PvP will be a major part of MEGA BLOODBATH, including organized battlegrounds, world PvP, ranking progression, and coordinated guild activities.

Our initial priority is establishing one exceptionally strong core raid roster. From there, we'll expand into optional alt raids, additional raid-ready characters, and further competitive opportunities.

We want an active community of players who genuinely enjoy the game and are constantly looking to improve.

    Recruitment

ALL CLASSES AND ROLES ARE OPEN.

We're looking for skilled, self-motivated players who want to compete at the highest level without being constantly supervised.

You should be able to show up prepared, know your responsibilities, execute your role, and contribute to the team's success.

We're going to have fun, treat each other respectfully, and maintain a positive environment—but we're also going to hold ourselves to extremely high competitive standards.

Our philosophy is simple: Prepare independently. Perform competitively. Improve together.

If that sounds like the environment you're looking for, we'd like to hear from you.
