Privacy

We store your account name, email address, password hash if you use email sign-in, and connected Discord ID and display name. Your email, private officer contact and sign-in details are not shown on guild pages.

Signing in

Email sign-in uses a salted password hash. We send confirmation and password-recovery emails through Resend using our Clan Finder network sender. Essential, secure cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. You can sign out of all sessions from your account.

If you choose Discord, we request your basic profile and email address. We do not request server membership, messages or permission to post. Discord access tokens are used during sign-in and are not stored. Connecting Discord to an existing account requires signing in to that account first.

Listings and activity

Approved guild details are public. Pending submissions, officer contact details and review notes remain private. Contact-button activations are counted by guild and day; they do not prove that a conversation or join happened. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

Nginx and Cloudflare may keep security and access logs including IP addresses. To limit abuse, the application stores short-lived hashed rate-limit keys and essential sign-in records.

Your information

Use your account to edit or close a listing, delete a listing, or delete your account and its associated listings. Deletion removes active records. Private server backups rotate after 30 days.

The operator may ask whether a recruitment conversation, trial or join occurred. You can decline to share an outcome.
