Only authorised guild officers may submit or claim guild listings. Use your actual game region, realm and guild name. Describe your openings honestly and keep schedules, progression and contact information current.
Respect the community
No harassment, hate, impersonation, spam, scams, real-money trading, account selling or paid boosting advertisements. Recruitment posts should be relevant to World of Warcraft.
Posts, screenshots and reviews
Share only content you have permission to publish. Do not reveal private messages or personal information without consent. Guild reviews should describe first-hand experience. Do not review your own guild or organise fake recommendations.
Guild events
Hosts must publish accurate times, requirements and joining instructions. Keep attendees informed if plans change.
Moderation & appeals
Report concerns using the report link on a profile, post or conversation. Staff may hide content and request corrections. Appeal a moderation decision or contact support on Discord.
